Meet Kim Kordela

Kim Kordela is a long-time resident of Harford County, having lived in Bel Air and Forest Hill since 1994. She grew up in Baltimore County and Baltimore City, and has acquired a vast knowledge of the real estate industry and communities in Harford County and the Greater Baltimore Metro area.

Her professional working career began with USF&G in Baltimore where she was employed for 17 years, with most of her experience in the Life Actuarial Department. Next, as a “mompreneur” she owned and operated Rent-A-Stork/Stork Headquarters, a boutique birth-announcement sign business that serviced the Harford and Baltimore areas. In 2003, Stork HQ was recognized by Harford Magazine’s Readers Poll as “Best of Harford”. In 2011, Kim's favorable business reputation caught the attention of MPT's Your Money & Business program which showcased Stork HQ in their "Made in Maryland" segment.

Kim’s entrepreneurial spirit and love of real estate ultimately led her to become a MD Licensed REALTOR®. Kim has demonstrated her superior, professional service to home buyers and sellers in the Harford & Baltimore areas.
